Note: Server-side tracking can only collect detailed customer information if the customer is logged in. The Facebook Tracking Pixel also offers the option of running tracking in the shop on the server side using the Conversion API. The following conversion events are tracked:

Strong in data protection

Data protection and GDPR are an important topic that affects tracking and marketing apps in particular. With the Multitracking Pro app, the use of the service can be realised as GDPR-compliant as possible. The app supports Shopware 6's cookie consent tool so that the user can decide whether cookies may be set or not. The app also supports an opt-out link (see installation instructions) so that the user can unsubscribe from website tracking.

Despite the opt-in or opt-out function, Biloba IT assumes no liability for data protection violations. Each website operator is responsible for their own data protection compliance.
