About the Extension

Keeping track of activities within your backend is an absolute must. It's extremely vital to know what is happening on your website, which one has been changed and how admin users are working in the backend. 


Hence, having this Shopware Admin Action Log module on your webstore will make your administration better, easier, and more efficient. You can easily:

  • Get a report on specific changes within Product, Category, Order, Landing page, Customer, Content, Marketing, Sale channel at the backend.

  • See if your admin accounts are secured with the IP registration.

  • Pinpoint the exact object gets modified with a time stamp.

  • Automatically clear action logs after X days.


User Guide: 

1. Enable plugin:

  • Go to My extensions > Apps > BSS Admin Action Log > Enable the plugin.

  • Enter “Configuration” of the plugin > Choose the sale channel and duration to clear the Action Logs. > Save.

  • Choose "Automatically clear action logs after X days".

2. Preparing user roles.
  • Go to Setting > System > Users and Permissions > Create/Edit a role > Detailed privileges > bss_admin_action_log: Choose permissions “Read, create, update, delete”.

  • Back to “Setting > Users and Permissions” > Create a new User and assign the role you have just created/edited.

3. Try a change.
  • Login to the user account > Whenever you make a change on a product/ category/ landing page/ order, the plugin will record it.

4. Check the Admin action log grid.
  • Go to Setting > Extensions > Admin action log grid: You will see the list of changes on your backend.


Coming soon:

  • Allow admin to choose what objects they want to log, among “category, order, customer, content, marketing, extension, setting, sale channel”

  • Clarify the past and the current information for each log.

Useful functions when we need to check for the change in our backend. Support team reply our question very fast. The plugin currently support only 4 kind of information, we hope new version with more information recorded will be released soon.

Gute Idee von der Art her, leider inkompatibel zu ThemeWare Templates und somit für uns unbrauchbar. Support bietet die Kompatibilität leider nur zu Zusatzkosten an.
