About the Extension
Admins can't search customer comments. Customers frequently ask if their comments were considered or have special requests. Make it possible to search for comments.
Customers can add comments or additional information during the checkout process. Currently, administrators can't search for those comments which make it difficult to keep track of these in the Shopware administration. This extension adds the possibility to search for comments or additional information.
Examples:
- The customer calls the shop owner and asks if the comment made was considered
- The customer wants something excluded or special made
