Marketplaces are the best opportunity to market your products quickly and easily on a platform. These marketplaces already have a high level of awareness and customer frequency. National or international advertising activities also benefit you without having to spend extra money.
Hood.de is a German virtual marketplace. Hood started operations as an online auction house in 2000 and is now active in German-speaking countries. At the end of the 90s, the founder of Hood.de, Ryan Hood, disliked the fact that the platforms that were emerging at the time continuously raised their fees and, in his opinion, offered poor customer service. He wanted to counter this with an alternative based on the example of Robin Hood and founded Hood.de in 1999. Hood.de, as a direct competitor of the eBay auction platform, is today one of the largest online marketplaces in Germany with over 5 million offers daily and over 7 million customers. In May 2019, Hood.de and Klarna entered into a partnership that enables Hood.de customers to pay in installments or by invoice.
With our "Marketplace Hood order import SW6" in connection with the plug-in "Marketplace order management - e.g. for Amazon, eBay etc. SW6" you no longer have to worry about importing orders, processing them and sending them to Hood. Our plugin works completely automatically. All you have to do is send the orders.

In order to compare the stock in the shop, the article numbers from the shop must also be stored on Hood. If the article numbers are not identical, the orders are imported, but no inventory is compared.
Import of third-party products in one order
Do you have products in Hood that do not yet exist in your Shopware shop? This is not a problem. Like any other order, they are imported and generated in a Shopware order. The plugin takes over all the data it receives from Hood (e.g. prices, quantities, item names, etc.). In this case, the tax rate is taken from the stored standard value in the plugin settings.
Always up to date
As soon as the order is shipped, our extension not only transmits the status to Hood, but also transfers the tracking code for shipment tracking and the shipping address of the retailer (mandatory information for Hood). As you can see, you can offer Hood customers just as much service as your shop customers and that without any additional effort! This saves you and your employees a lot of time and money.
