PreOrder Function for UpComing Products | Codixio

Configuration manual

1. Install the Shopware plugin "PreOrder Function for UpComing Products | Codixio".

2. Activate the plugin.

3. Configure the plugin.

4. Place a tick next to "Activate pre-order for all products with a future release date".

5. (Optional) Place a tick by "Pre-order period does not end until the time on the day of release also passed" if the time on the day of publication is also to be included, in the pre-order time.

6. (Optional) Set the default background colour of the pre-order button.

7. (Optional) Set the default colour for the pre-order button display text. 8.

8. (Optional) Customise the translations for the pre-order button display text, date format or time format. For example, an a in "hh:mm a" displays am or pm in countries with 12-hour time to display time in the morning or evening.

9. Save the configuration.

Other optional settings:

    I. You can also configure products / variants individually for pre-orders:

        1. Enter the technical names of the custom fields, e.g. "codixio_preo_active", "codixio_preo_usetime" and "codixio_preo_exclude". Please follow the pictures we have added to the plugin.

        2. Now you can activate the pre-order function in the individual products or variants or include the time on the day of release, although e.g. the plugin settings are not set for this.

    II. You can exclude products / variants from pre-orders:

        1. Create the user-defined fields as described in I.

        2. Set a tick in your product or variant to exclude from pre-orders. This means that the product cannot be pre-ordered before the publication date, although you have e.g. made ticks in the plug-in settings that enable global pre-ordering.
