Synchronized Shopware data: 

The extension directly connects our CleverReach® Email Marketing tool with your Shopware online shop. All your important „Shopware data“ will instantly and automatically be updated and completed in the CleverReach® newsletter tool. The synchronization saves you time and trouble.  At the same time, you avoid errors that often occur during a manual import and export.

These Shopware data are transferred via the plugin:

  • Newsletter subscriptions and unsubscribes
  • First and last name, interests, gender, age, date of birth, contact details…
  • Purchased products, turnover, purchase frequency, average shopping cart, order number, article number, product name, price, currency, quantity…

Installation

How to integrate the CleverReach® Newsletter module in your Shopware App:

1. Add the plugin to your shopping cart by clicking the green „Add to shopping cart“ button and proceed to the checkout. In case you haven’t done so already, please log into your Shopware account and confirm that you have read the General Terms & Conditions.

2. Click on „Send order“ – don’t worry, the integration is free of charge – to download the module.

3. After the installation/update is completed, you can find the plugin via the Shopware menu bar under the tab "Settings -> System -> Plugins". To activate the plugin navigate to CleverReach and click the “Download” button on the right. Then hit "..." and "Install". Then "Activate" the plugin. The installation is now completed and is available in the left menu bar.

4. Create a new CleverReach® account or log into your existing one.  

Afterwards, the new recipient list "Shopware 6" is automatically created in CleverReach® based on your "Shopware 6" data, including data fields, segments, tags and purchase details.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Error message: "Bad Request: maximum attribute count exceeded" You have created too many data fields in your CleverReach account. A maximum of 45 data fields can be created. The Shopware interface automatically creates 17 data fields during initial import, such as first name, last name, address, etc. Therefore, delete data fields from your CleverReach account that are unfilled or no longer needed.
  • Error message "(InitialSyncTask) failed due to extended inactivity period" This message means that the synchronization is taking longer than expected. At this point the timeout in the shop or plugin should be increased. Please send us your shop access data via support@cleverreach.de.
  • You receive an error message with our CleverReach plugin? Für mich eines der besten Newsletterplugins für Shopware 6 aktuell

Installation und Einrichtung funktionierte ohne Probleme. Die Schnittstelle zum abgleichen der Newsletterempfängerkontakte funktioniert ohne Probleme, was andere Newsletteranbieter leider noch nicht geschafft haben. Das Angebot für Dokumentation und Schulungsvideos für die Handhabung des Tools finde ich super.

Ab Version 2.1.1 funktioniert es wie erwartet

Nachdem wir mit version 2.0.1 schwere Probleme hatten, läuft es ab Version 2.1.1 wie erwartet. Für die alte Version hatten wir eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben, woraufhin sich der Support proaktiv an uns wendete um uns zu helfen und das Problem zu beheben. Ein Lob dafür! Kleine Einschränkungen sehe ich in der Bedienbarkeit. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es allerdings, weil sich das Plugin derzeit nicht in den Consent-Manager einbindet, was meiner Meinung angesichts des Datenflusses an Cleverreach notwendig wäre.

Das Plugin hat meinen kompletten Checkout lahmgelegt. Außerdem ist die Einrichtung immer bei 13% stehen geblieben, sodass meine Kontakte nicht zu Cleverreach übertragen werden konnten.

Support antwortet nicht auf meine Mail.

How to integrate the CleverReach® Newsletter module in your Shopware App:

  • Optimization: Complete bidirectional interface (Shopware <-> CleverReach) The data is synchronized in both directions. Unsubscriptions in the CleverReach system are also transferred to Shopware, as before, and set the customer in Shopware to “email status = inactive”. Example: If the recipient has added, updated, subscribed or unsubscribed in CleverReach, these changes are forwarded to Shopware. The other way round, from Shopware to CleverReach in the same way.

  • New feature: The new data fields “Count of orders & total spent” are automatically created and filled with data. Example: With the data field “Count of orders” I can filter how many orders a recipient has placed in order to specifically address recipients who have placed more than 50 orders. With the field “total spent” I can write e.g. all recipients, who spent more than 1000 euro in my Shop.
  • New feature: Use product categories, product attributes & product manufacturers as tags Example: A customer bought a black Adidas shoe from the category “Shoes” - In CleverReach, this results in the following tags for this recipient: Shopware_6-Category.Shoes // Shopware_6-Color.Black // Shopware_6-Manufacturer.Adidas - These tags can be used for a more targeted segmentation.
  • New feature: In addition to the existing product search, blog articles can now be easily dragged & dropped from my shopware store into my CleverReach newsletter. New user interface in the plugin: The plugin interface has been completely revised and is now displayed in the look & feel of the Shopware UI. Additionally, the current CleverReach tariff is displayed and synchronization information is shown.
  • New feature within CleverReach, the tag-based email creation process. The so-called special tags (newsletter recipients, buyers and other contacts) can be selected easily and quickly for email delivery, e.g. to send a mailing to all buyers or newsletter recipients.   • Migration assistant from plugin version 1.x.x to 2.0.0
  • Existing CleverReach users using the shopware integration will be migrated to the new version without any need to log in again. Other recipient groups (purchase customers or contacts) are neither synchronized nor deleted in CleverReach. The user can activate the synchronization of contacts or purchasing customers under the tab “Plugin Settings” at any time after the migration.
