Configuration manual

  1. Install and activate the extension in your Shopware 6 installation via the extension manager 
  2. Open the extension configuration using the three dots and clicking "Configure" after the "Customer Follow Up" extension.
  3. Scroll down the page to the "Time schedule Settings"
  4. Add at least one row to the table by clicking the "Add row" button and configure a delay in hours and select the desired email template that should be sent after the delay. You can find the default email template by entering "follow up" inside the mail template select box. Be sure to only use emails of type "Enter customer follow up state: Reminded" 
  5. The first mail will be send after the amount of hours you have configured from the customer register date time. Every next mail will be send the relative amount of hours since the previous email.
