About the Extension

Are you working with Dynamics 365 Business Central as your ERP system and do you want to offer your customers a complete overview of order history, shipment and invoice data from Business Central? Then the Customer portal for Dynamics 365 Business Central will be a good addition to your store. 


Our customer portal will display additional tabs in the my account of Shopware which is directly retrieved from the Business Central customer account. The customer can get an overview of the following data:


- Order history: full overview of order history containing, orders, invoices and credit memo's

- Open invoices: an overview of which invoices are still open for the customer
- Shipments: an overview of shipments and the tracking information of shipments

- The customer can directly retrieve the PDF document from business Central and download this document from his or her account.
