About the Extension

Quick orders / order form - Orders via article numbers

The plugin adds an "order form" module to the shopping experiences - so you can determine yourself on which pages the form should be displayed - theoretically you can also create your own navigation point/page for the order form.

The flexible form makes the entire ordering process easier, especially for distributors or B2B customers.

The customer / distributor can enter the article number and a quantity in the form and the corresponding article information is loaded into the table.

A slimmed-down version of the product detail page is displayed via the info button on the right.

Any number of items can be added to the form and then placed in the shopping cart with one click.

Dynamic price calculation

In addition, the items that are already in the shopping cart are included in the price calculation.

Even if the customer has made entries in the order form and then opens the shopping cart on the side and adjusts the quantity of an item in the shopping cart there or even deletes a product, the prices in the form are dynamically recalculated.

In the plugin configuration you can define:

should a pop-up/modal appear with a success message after clicking on the "add to cart" button or should the shopping cart on the side be opened
coloring of the buttons
exclude products
show/hide columns in the order form

CAUTION!

If the changes are not visible when saving the plugin settings, go to Content>Themes> your active theme > click the "Save" button

-> this recompiles the SCSS code - unfortunately Shopware does not do this when saving the plugin configuration

Das Plugin lässt unsere Kunden mit einem Klick alles in den Warenkorb legen - funktioniert einwandfrei. Besonders wertvoll ist die Export und Import-Funktion per CSV mit der ganze Listen ins Formular geladen werden können.

Changes are not visible in the frontend?

If you make changes in the plugin settings and cannot see them in the frontend, you have to go to Content>Themes>choose your active theme and then click save. So Shopware recompiles the SCSS files and the plugin settings should be visible in the frontend.

How does the price calculation work?

The price calculation was implemented in such a way that all necessary prices in the table are updated when an item number or the quantity is changed - bulk prices as well as individual price rules are taken into account. In addition, the items that are already in the shopping cart are included in the price calculation. Even if the customer has made entries in the order form and then opens the shopping cart on the side and adjusts the quantity of an item in the shopping cart there or even deletes a product, the prices in the form are dynamically recalculated.

How can I translate/change the texts?

In the administration, click Settings > Snippets > Choose language and search for "eseom-order-form". All texts that can be translated/changed appear here. Furthermore, you can customize the introductory text in the shopping experience module itself, just like other content in the shopping experience is adjusted.
