About the Extension
This can be used to determine and optimize the most important lead sources (lead nurturing), analyze unused sales potential of shopping cart abandonment and apply elements to increase conversion in the store (such as promo elements for product pages).
In this way, separate campaign links can be used for a wide variety of lead sources such as ads (Meta, Google), social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn,...), emails (newsletters, shopping cart abandonment or loyalty customer campaigns,...).
All analysis data is stored in Shopware's own database, i.e. not with external third parties. This also means that no cookie consent is required from the store visitor, which means that the analyses provide “real” figures rather than estimates.
CONVERSIONWARE® also offers tools to place additional content, e.g. below the “Add to cart” button, without template adjustments. This can be text, images and/or video elements. It is also possible to freely place these promo elements directly on the product detail page.
The analysis of your abandoned shopping carts shows you which sales potential you are not yet using in your online store. All evaluations show you statistical data for each sales channel or cumulatively across all your sales channels.
