Emails to be Confirmed Tab: This tab lists all emails that need confirmation before sending. You can review, edit, and manually send the generated responses.
Example Workflow
Application Start: The user starts the SmartMailBot application and configures the necessary email and AI settings via the user-friendly GUI.
Email Retrieval: The application automatically retrieves emails from the IMAP server.
Processing Emails:
- GPT-4 analyzes the emails and checks if an API request to the Shopware 6 system is necessary.
- If needed, the API request is sent, and relevant order information is retrieved.
- Based on this information and the original email, GPT-4 generates a response.
Sending or Confirmation: The generated response is either sent automatically or displayed in the GUI for confirmation. The user can review, edit, and then send the response.
