About the Extension
Manufacturers of electrical equipment have a so-called WEEE number. This extension shows the WEEE number of the manufacturer on the product detail page, under the product number. For this, you just have to enter the WEEE number of the manufacturer once. After that, the number will be displayed in all products that you have assigned to this manufacturer.
Pursuant to Section 6 (3) ElektroG, every manufacturer of electrical and electronic equipment is obliged to state its WEEE number when offering it for sale and on invoices.
