About the Extension

The extension allows you to mark products as electrical appliances. If an electrical appliance is in the shopping cart, the customer is offered a field to check in the checkout process that he wishes to take back an old appliance. The store operator will be informed about this request by the system via e-mail. The e-mail address to which this information is to be sent can be freely entered in the configuration.

The recipient will then receive an e-mail like this "Dear John Doe, in order number 10001 the customer has indicated that he would like to return his old electrical appliance. Please take the appropriate steps. Best regards, the store system. "

The custom field in product is named fishn_return_electrical_device_product. You can also fill this field with your ERP system.
