About the Extension
Aggregate all your B2C orders into one daily total instead of creating separate invoices for each order. Daily total lines are separated by payment method and tax rate. The daily totals are automatically created each night or you can choose to manually generate them. Make sure you configure the plugin!
In Orders -> Daily Totals you can find an overview of the created daily totals. Here you also find the document generator to manually generate daily totals with the following options:
- Date: the date that will be displayed on the daily total. If left blank, the current date will be used.
- Sales Channel: Determines for which sales channels daily totals should be created. If left blank, all sales channels will be checked.
- Delay: If automatic creation of daily totals is active, it may not be desirable for it to run after manual daily totals have been created. This setting allows you to delay the task. For example, if you enter 1 day here, the task will not run the next night, but the night after that. If left blank, the automatic task will not be delayed.
Remarks:
- An order is only tracked for the daily totals if it is a B2C customer.
- The daily totals do not support changes to existing order lines. These are tracked as 'processed'. Therefore, if corrections need to be made to an order, always use credit lines. These corrections will be taken into account in the daily total of the day on which the corrections were made.
- Currently, it is not possible to create an invoice for a B2C order after the order has reached a configured state. If this does happen, this order will be included in the daily totals and will also contain an invoice, so you will be reporting double earnings for that order. We do plan to support this in the future.
