The HEPTACOM B2B Portal, is an extension to the Shopware B2B Suite that allows you to focus on service around your customers.

The plugin creates a link between your existing ERP and CRM system. Due to the intelligent networking, you have the possibility to access and edit all crucial information at one central point. The portal is not limited to the centrally mentioned functions, but also provides, among other things, statistics, order management and information on company data.

The extension has been designed in such a way, that it can be integrated smoothly into the Shopware Enterprise B2B suite and, thanks to the SAML standard and the SSO procedure, further applications can be integrated. For you, all essential Enterprise Shop functions remain intact.

Our goal with the B2B Suite extension, is to make user guidance as simple as possible for you and your customers, through an intuitive dashboard. Therefore you can control all important communication and service processes, in an easy and agile way.
