To enhance the customer experience, it can be beneficial to equip products with additional information such as instructions (PDFs), documentation, datasheets, technical drawings, or other general data. This information can help the customer obtain more precise details about a product and gain a better understanding of it.
The app provides a convenient way to assign these media files quickly and easily to each item and display them as a standalone tab. Within the tab, all assigned downloads are displayed as a list, which is presented as an off-canvas menu for mobile support. This clear presentation ensures easy navigation and better accessibility for the user.
Furthermore, the app offers a configuration option to decide whether the user should directly download the file when clicking a link or whether it should simply be opened in a new browser tab. This option allows for individual customization of the app to meet the user's needs and provides an optimized user experience.
