About the Extension

Integration of the Userlike Chat Widget Integration for Shopware 6. 
Show the chat on all pages of your store or exclude the widget display for certain pages or areas.


Depending on the account type the use of multiple widgets is possible. Create one Userlike widget per language of your store (and for example for you in B2C and you in B2B store) in your Userlike account. For each sales channel (language) in Shopware, you can then store the secret of the appropriate chat widget and thus easily map the multilingualism with Userlike Chat in your Shopware 6 store.


Simply create the Userlike widget at the provider, enter Secret into the Shopware plugin and off you go! Support your customers and get relevant information about the usability of your store, answer customer questions and increase your sales through optimal support.

Nachdem die erste Installation erfolglos verlief, wurde das Plugin in kürzester Zeit überarbeitet und der "Fehler" - die Anpassung an die aktuellste Shopware Version, abgestellt.
Nun läuft es wie geschmiert - kann ich also nur empfehlen!

Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht und schade, dass es mit der Installation des Plugins nicht gleich geklappt hat.

Für eben solch – seltene – Fälle biete ich einen ausgezeichneten Support. Die Ursache muss nicht unbedingt im Plugin liegen, der Shop besteht ja sicher noch aus weiteren Plugins und auch aus einem Template. Hiermit lade ich Sie herzlich ein, ein Support-Ticket zu erstellen und ich schaue mir das dann gerne an. Ist aber nur ein konstruktives Angebot.
