About the Extension

With our plugin "everysize checkout" for Shopware 6 you can automatically import your orders from everysize.com into your shop.
They will get synchronized every 5 minutes. This allows you to conveniently manage and process your orders in Shopware.

Orders processed in Shopware (cancelled and completed as well as tracking-codes) are getting synchronized back to everysize checkout.

Plugin Installation:
The installation of the plugin is very quick and straightforward:

Open the Plugin Manager in the backend via "Extensions > My Extensions".
Upload and install the plugin via the "Upload extension" button.
After the installation you can activate the plugin.

Configuration: Connect your store to everysize:
1. Navigate to the plugin manager in the backend: "Extensions > My extensions".
2. Find the "everysize checkout" plugin in the list, click on the three-dot menu and click on "configuration".

Configuration settings:
1. API Account: Please enter the credentials from your everysize-checkout account here. You need the "ClientID" and the "ClientSecret".
By clicking the button "Test API Access" you can immediately check if the credentials are correct and the API of everysize is reachable.

2. Mappings:
Since Shopware offers many possibilities to customize your order and payment stats, you need to make the following mappings and set the correct status for the imported orders once. Please select at least one option in each of the following items:

Orderstate for imported orders:
The desired status for all imported purchase orders.
Orderstate for completed orders:
The desired status for all imported purchase orders (when completed).
Orderstate for canceled orders:
The desired status for all imported purchase orders (when canceled).
Paymentstate for imported orders:
The desired payment status for all imported purchase orders.
Deliverystate for imported orders:
The desired shipping status for all imported orders.
Choose paypal payment type:
The desired PayPal payment method for all imported orders.
Choose postal dispatch type:
The desired package shipping method for all imported orders.
Default Customer group:
Please select the customer group you want the created customer accounts from everysize to be assigned to.
Choose Fallback Language for Headless Channels:
The desired package shipping method for all imported orders.
Default Carrier:
The desired default shipping carrier that will be submitted to the everysize API.
Send confirmation mail:
Please enable if you want to notify the customer of the created order via eMail (everysize already does this).
Deactivate scheduled task:
This allows you to temporarily disable the automatic import & export. Note that no orders will be imported from or to everysize.

Last but not least save these settings by clicking the blue "Save ..." button in the upper right corner.

That's it!
Your shop will now automatically synchronize orders with your everysize.com account every 5 minutes.
