About the Extension

In the default theme there is only a very discreet cookie banner. It does not even have an "Accept" button. This leads to the fact that many shop visitors reject the cookies across the board or completely ignore the cookie banner. This plugin turns the discreet cookie banner into an eye-catching popup with a big "Accept" button. This leads to the fact that as many shop visitors as possible accept the cookies and you can improve your shop thanks to tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.

Wir haben leider zuvor ein kostenpflichtiges Plugin für diese Lösung gekauft. Mit diesem hatten wir Performanceprobleme. Nachdem wir dieses Plugin installiert und aktiviert haben, waren diese Probleme schlagartig behoben. Nutzung ist super easy und das Plugin tut auf den Punkt, was wir uns wünschen!

Super umgesetzt! Man kann entweder ein auffälliges Modal verwenden oder dezenter im bestehenden Banner den "Akzeptieren" Button hinzufügen.
Eigentlich sollte dies Shopware in den Standard übernehmen. Kaum ein Kunde geht den aktuellen Weg vom Banner über "Konfigurieren" um dann in der Sidebar auf "Alle Cookies akzeptieren" zu klicken.
Pluspunkte gibt es zudem für die Veröffentlichung auf GitHub! ;-) Danke!
