About the Extension

With Shopware 6, ordering and payment are completely independent of each other. What makes a lot of technical sense is confusing for some users. So you get an order confirmation directly after the order, independent of the outcome of the payment. This plugin works against this circumstance. All orders with an open or failed payment are automatically cancelled in a configurable interval. Furthermore, you can limit the plugin's function to certain payment methods (e.g. credit card). Customers will also be notified with the normal Shopware status mail that the status of their order has changed. So you will hopefully bring clarity into the communication with your customers and in the best case you will achieve that they place their order again.

Das Plugin tut zuverlässig das, was es soll: Unbezahlte Bestellungen abbrechen.
Ich hatte einen Feature-Request an das Team von jkweb (dass auch Bestellungen mit dem Zahlstatus "in Bearbeitung" abgebrochen werden können). Sofort wurde das Plugin um die Funktion erweitert und ein neues Release veröffentlicht. Absolut fantastisch. Besser kann der Support nicht sein.

Extension is very straight forward, with good configuration options. We also needed to be able to cancel orders stuck in state "In progress". We configured plugin to set Cancel state after 20 mins, an that works perfectly. Would be happy to buy other relevant extensions from jkweb.

Das Plugin bringt uns großen Nutzen, wenn der Zahlungsvorgang nicht abgeschlossen wird. Nach 30 Minuten (einstellbar) stornieren wir die Bestellung, die Kundin erhält eine Nachricht dazu und der Lagerbestand wird wieder freigegeben.
Wir möchten nicht mehr darauf verzichten und hoffen, dass die Kompatibilität zu 6.6 bald hergestellt werden kann.

Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Wir arbeiten gerade an dem Update aller unser Plugins für die Kompatibilität mit 6.6 und es wird auch für dieses Plugin bald das Update geben :-)

Unser Ziel "nicht bezahlte Paypal-Bestellungen" automatisch abzubrechen wurde leider nicht erreicht. Grund ist aus unserer Sicht eine ungenügende Anpassung an unsere aktuellen Pay-Pal-Verhaltensweisen. Die quasi nicht vorhandene Dokumentation und die zeitweise schleppende Kommunikation mit dem Hersteller taten ihr übriges. Wir warten auf ein Update, welches der Hersteller zu einem ungenannten Zeitpunkt angekündigt hat. Wir werden dann erneut testen und die Bewertung ggfalls anpassen.
