Die Gutschein-Erweiterung ist wirklich top und erfüllt alle Erwartungen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erstklassige Support, der nicht nur unglaublich schnell reagiert, sondern auch sehr lösungsorientiert arbeitet. Egal, ob es um die Behebung kleinerer Probleme oder die Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen geht – hier wird man bestens betreut. Are issued gift cards "single-purpose vouchers" or "multi-purpose vouchers"?

When gift vouchers are sold in the European Union, they are either "single-purpose vouchers" or "multi-purpose vouchers." It is important to understand the difference between these as this makes a difference in relation to how VAT is calculated. All gift vouchers sold through this plugin are considered "multi-purpose". VAT is calculated when the voucher is submitted. No VAT is calculated when the gift voucher is purchased. The plugin does not currently support "single-purpose vouchers". If this is required for you, you can take an export of all gift vouchers and perform the necessary VAT calculations manually.

Can giftcards be used in my online store, as well as in my 'real' store?

The plugin is provided to integrate with external systems. So building an integration with our plugin and your desired gift certificate provider should be relatively easy. Integrating a POS system is also easy due to the API-first setup of Shopware and the plugin. Here, while the management of gift cards can be entirely within Shopware, they can also be used in your physical store.

Are gift cards limited in time?

Yes, you can configure a validity period (in days). If you set it to 0, gift cards remain valid forever.

Can I customize the design of the gift cards?

Yes, the plugin lets you create and manage multiple designs, with customizable colors, images, and templates using our drag and drop WYSIWYG editor.

Can customers choose the gift card amount themselves?

Yes. You can offer fixed values or flexible amounts within a minimum and maximum range.
