Whether typos or misspellings or other deviations from regular spelling, the SpeedFinder finds what your customers are looking for.
A professional campaign control allows a targeted approach to potential customers through special offers and information that can effectively increase sales
Not only articles, but also product groups, content pages or external links can be linked to the search term. Through the feedback text, certain brands and products can be specifically promoted with banners, texts and pictures, for example to benefit from the advertising subsidies of the manufacturers. But also purely informative text of any kind can be faded in according to the search result via the feedback function.
After entering the search term, not only a result list is presented, but also a possibility to restrict the result list meaningfully. You can choose from areas such as "Manufacturer", "Prices", "Properties" or "Product groups". Shop visitors can find the right items quickly and accurately thanks to the options available for selection.
Search queries are completed and supplemented after the third letter. Our experience has shown us that results from the first letter are not particularly helpful. With each additional letter, the displayed result becomes more concrete below the input field. Matches in the word beginning are highlighted in color in the suggestion list. The real-time search also benefits from the error tolerance of the SpeedFinder.
Mobile optimized: Customers with mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets are not forgotten. The results have been specially adapted for small and medium size screens.
Multishopsystem: the integrated channel management allows you to manage several shops with ease. Furthermore, you benefit from our special offers for multi-shop systems.

Schnell ist hier nicht nur die Suche ...

Weil es die bislang in unserem SW 5 Shop eingesetzte Suche nicht mehr für SW 6 geben wird, hatte ich schon mit dem Schlimmsten gerechnet: Eine Suche der "großen Anbieter" einsetzen zu müssen.
Zum Glück bin ich noch auf Speedfinder gestoßen. Die Suche ist sehr flott und kann über diverse Einstellungen gut angepasst werden. Wobei sie bereits out of the box sehr gute Ergebnisse liefert.
Mich beeindruckt aber am meisten, dass trotz einer gewissen Fehlertoleranz kaum "Müll" ausgegeben wird. Trotz der Toleranz, werden Produkte die sich nur marginal im Namen unterscheiden sehr gut gefunden.
Bislang konnte ich auch nicht feststellen, dass sie "lernt". Ich mag es gar nicht, wenn ich eine Suche einstelle und erfolgreich teste und nach Wochen kommen ganz andere (sinnlosere) Ergebnisse als ursprünglich.
Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall der super Support. Während man woanders noch auf eine Rückmeldung wartet, wird hier bereits eine Lösung präsentiert. Hier hört man den Kunden an und ist bereit sein Produkt zu verbessern. Erste Klasse!
Das man hier nicht von jedem mit "Du" angesprochen wird, fand ich in der heutigen Zeit ebenfalls sehr angenehm.
Die Preise kann jeder vorher einsehen, meines Erachtens sind sie für das Geleistete sehr fair.
Alles in allem kann ich die Suche guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und hoffe das sie uns lange erhalten bleibt.

Top Support, funktioniert tadellos

Wir hatten zuerst ein paar technische Schwierigkeit mit dem Upload unserer Produkte. Die lagen aber eher an unserer Datenbank. Der freundliche Support hat das Problem wie selbstverständlich selber in die Hand genommen und gelöst. Das Dashboard von Speedfinder ist übersichtlich und verständlich. Wir sind zufrieden!
