About the Extension
Let your frontend user talk directly to Customer Service through this convenient chat popup. The chat interface for admin users runs via Slack, a popular chat platform already integrated in many companies. It allows the user to quickly address questions, and get answers directly from the experts.
Roadmap:
- Send email to Customer Service after closing hours.
- Integrate with other chat backends.
- Each customer chat has a separate thread in Slack. Admin’s replies forward back to the visitor in the chat popup.
- The user is limited to sending 5 messages before receiving an answer.
- The user is limited to 120 minutes (can be increased) per chat.
- Request chat log.
