About the Extension

Please stop answering your customers' requests using your email software. Extend the admin area of Shopware with a ticket app and answer the email and contact form requests easily. This app seamlessly integrates with the Shopware functionality and design. Easily connect your email inbox and speed up mail response, collaboration within your team and measure your performance at the end. 


Emails are automatically imported from the linked mailbox into the app, where they are available for processing. Depending on the incoming message, it ends up in configurable views so that you don't lose track or different people can work on different topics.

Das Ticket - System finde ich wurde super gelöst. Einfach zu handhaben, sowie schön im Backend eingebunden.... Anhand des Preises haben wir uns jedoch gegen diesen Komfort entschieden.
Wenn jemand was sucht um übersichtlich, bequem und rasch mit den Kunden kommunizieren möchte und eine Integration direkt in Shopware wünscht, ist mit dieser Lösung , finde ich, sehr gut beraten.
