Features

Allows your customers to create a request for an offer from the current shopping cart.
Offer requests can also be created from the off-canvas shopping cart.
You can see all requests for offers in the Shopware administration and can edit, accept and reject them.
Your customers see all offers and the offer status in the customer account.
When an offer is accepted, a standard order is generated as the regular checkout process is carried out.

About the Extension

Individual offer

Inquire about offers in the shopping cart and edit them in the backend

This plugin offers your customers the opportunity to quickly and easily create an offer request from the shopping cart. You can process this request in the shop administration. You can assign individual offer prices for the articles or reject the request. After acceptance, your customer will find the offer in the customer account and can generate an order from this offer.

The way to offer
1) Your customer adds items to the shopping cart. When the minimum shopping cart value for an offer has been reached, a "Request offer" button appears.
2) If your customer clicks on the "Request offer" button, you will receive an e-mail as information.
3) The offer request appears in the Shopware Administration.
4) You can decide whether you want to adjust prices / quantities of the articles and approve or reject the offer.
5) If the offer was rejected, your customer will receive an email about this.
6) If the offer has been approved, your customer will receive an email. The offer can then be ordered using the regular checkout process.

Das Plugin macht alles was es soll, und das sehr gut.

Sehr umfangreiche und gut durchdachte Funktionalität: Mehrere Posten mit unterschiedlichen Stückzahlen und Preisen versehen, Gültigkeitszeitraum festlegen, Nachrichten austauschen (von Kundenseite und von Shopbetreiberseite), Angebot als PDF downloadbar... um nur ein paar Beispiele zu nennen. Funktioniert einwandfrei mit Custom Products. Erteilte Angebote können im Kundenaccount übersichtlich überprüft werden und direkt bestellt werden. Alles intuitiv bedienbar, auf Admin- und auf Kundenseite. Der Support ist wie gesagt hervorragend.

Es wurde sehr schnell auf meine speziellen Kundenwünsche eingegangen und sehr zeitnah eine neue Version zum Update zur Verfügung gestellt. Jetzt kann ich für meine Kunden auch wieder sehr individuell Angebote erstellen und versenden. Ich hatte bisher schon jahrelang das Plugin für Shopware 5 und bin jetzt auch wieder sehr zufrieden mit der Version für Shopware 6. Vielen Dank für die sehr schnelle und sehr gute Umsetzung.

Das Plugin tut was es soll. Man bekommt innerhalb einer Stunde eine Antwort und auf Feature Wünsche wird eingegangen. So einen guten Support hatte ich bisher bei keinem anderen Plugin.

Wir hatten Probleme in der Funktionalität des Plugins. Der Support stand uns fachlich schnell zur Seite, sodass wir das Plugin rechtzeitig nutzen konnten. Zusammenfassend: Das Plugin ist im Verbund mit dem Support jedem weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir haben dieses Plugin installiert, da in Shopware die Option fehlt Angebote zu erstellen. Das finden wir schade und halten es eigentlich für eine Grundfunktion für ein Shopsystem. Aber gut. PremSoft hat sich dieser Thematik angenommen und bietet ein Angebotsplugin an, welches wir seit zwei Jahren im Einsatz haben. Mittlerweile haben wir eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit PremSoft, denn das ein oder andere Gimmick hat uns noch gefehlt. Aber die Anpassungen wurden durchgeführt und es wurde auch immer zeitnah auf unsere (An)Fragen reagiert. Super, wäre es noch wenn die Angebot direkt mit an die jeweiligen Kunden gehangen werden könnten, so dass man aus dem Kundenkonto direkt auf die Angebot zugreifen kann.
