About the Extension

Purpose
The goal is to display current Instagram content in the shop while increasing conversions by linking products directly within the images. This creates an engaging connection between social content and the product offering.

Limitations / Notes

Only business Instagram accounts linked to Facebook can be connected
API access to posts is limited to recent content (per Instagram guidelines)

Das Plugin funktioniert super und wir nutzen es schon seit Jahren. Hier und da gab es mal kleinere Probleme durch ein Shop-Update, aber es wurde immer schnell eine Lösung gefunden und ein Update bereitgestellt.

Das Plugin hat bis vor 2 Wochen problemlos funktioniert. Danach wurden plötzlich keine Bilder mehr im Feed auf unserer Startseite angezeigt. Als wir dann unseren Instagram-Kanal neu mit dem Plugin verbinden wollte, kam ständig die Meldung "Entwickler-Rechte nicht ausreichend". Trotz Eröffnung eines Support-Tickets und mehrmaligem Nachfragen haben wir seit der Erstellung vor 12 Tagen keinerlei Feedback vom Entwickler bekommen. Somit zahlen wir monatlich Miete für ein Plugin, welches wir nicht mehr nutzen können und bei dem es keinerlei technischer Support zu geben scheint. Sehr schade.

Mega Plugin um Insta Posts zu nutzen

Wir finden das Plugin echt mega. Einfacher Import der Bilder, tolle Darstellung der Bilder und das Verlinken von Produkten direkt auf den Bildern ist klasse. Auch unsere Kunden finden das Feature klasse. Support habe ich bisher nicht gebraucht, alles sehr intuitiv nutzbar. 10 Sterne wenn das gehen würde :)

Wir finden das Plugin super. Einrichtung ist schnell erledigt und die Nutzung echt einfach. Gibt auch zahlreiche Konfigs und 2 Arten der Darstellung. Wir finden besonders den Slider extrem schön, definitive Empfehlung :)

Die Erweiterung hält was sie verspricht. Wir nutzen die Erweiterung für eine "Shop the Look" Funktion im Shop. Eine kleine Anpassung bei den Produktbildern wurde vom Support rasch umgesetzt und ein Update veröffentlicht. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir finden das Plugin recht gut, das Setup ist einfach und dank der zwei Frontend Anzeigemöglichkeiten abwechslungsreich nutzbar. Ich persönlich bevorzuge den Slider, vor allem dieser leichte Blurry Effekt gefällt mir gut! Support habe ich keinen benötigt. Das Plugin ist definitv empfehlenswert

Als Verbesserungsidee wäre super, wenn man im Admin z.B. eine Übersicht über die Klicks pro Post hätte.

Sind mit dem Plugin sehr happy, einfache Anbindung an unseren shopware 6 Shop, schnelle Verknüpfung und Download der Instagram Bilder und besonders toll ist die Funktion, auf den Bildern Produkte zu verlinken. Mega ist auch das neue Erlebnisweltenelement, welches die Insta Posts nun als Slider darstellen, der Hammer! Vielen Dank dem Proxation Team!
