Retino Tracking provides e-shops with a complete overview of shipments on the route E-shop – Customer across carriers, helping to identify problematic shipments early, before the customer notices them. It automates communication and reduces the number of customer support inquiries, saving up to 75 % of time.

The second service is automated management of returns and claims from A to Z. Retino enables complete process management – from self-service submission by customers without paperwork, through managed return shipping, including international, to refunds with one click. The system helps maintain order in status records, deadline monitoring, and provides accurate date on carrier performance, return rates of goods, and other key metrics. With Retino, e-shops can reduce the number of uncollected packages, ensure faster problem resolution, and significantly increase customer satisfaction, which increases the likelihood of repeat purchases.
