About the Extension

Note: Due to the refactoring, configurations from previous versions of the plugin cannot be adopted from version 3.0.0 onwards.

This plugin enables you to extend the sale of goods provided for in Shopware by the function of renting products. Products can be marked simply in their Shop as renting products, this is then marked with freely adjustable text and color in the product listing.

With our app for renting out products in your Shopware online store, we provide you with a powerful tool to open up a completely new sales model in your store.

Tolles Plugin, schneller Support

wir hatten das Plugin schon in Shopware 5 im EInsatz, wenn es hier Probleme gab, dann war der Support wirklich schnell zur Stelle.
Bei Shopware 6 sind bisher keine Fehler aufgetreten also war bisher auch kein Support notwendig :-)

Folgende Features fänden wir in Zukunft noch praktisch / wünschenswert:
- Leihbeginn in der Bestellübersicht inklusive Sortieroption, zumindest wenn einheitliches Leihdatum pro Bestellung aktiv.
- Liste oder Roadmap geplanter Features

Hält, was es verspricht. Ich schätze, die in der vorherigen Bewertung erwähnten Fehler sind behoben. Als Shop-Besitzer war ich in der Lage, diese ohne Hilfe unserer Agentur auf Staging zu installieren, testete es, funktionierte und legte es auf Live-Site. Wir können jetzt nicht nur Produkte vermieten und haben eine zweite Einnahmequelle. Ich nutze es auch, um Kunden die Möglichkeit zu geben, online einen Termin für eine Beratung zu vereinbaren. Tolles Plugin.
Ich unterstütze die angekündigte Funktion, einen zentralen Calneder zu haben, um Tage zu blockieren (im Moment kann man Tage für einzelne Mietprodukte blockieren).

das Plugin ist zwar als kompatibel markiert, erzeugt aber haufenweise Fehler und funktioniert einfach überhaupt nicht. Unsere Entwickler haben selbst Hand anlegen müssen und in 10min waren alle Fehler erledigt.
Frage: Wieso landet so ein buggy Update im Store?? Diese Fehler hätten den Entwicklern auffallen müssen...
Haben alles schon als Ticker erfasst aber noch keine Antwort.

entschuldige bitte die Unannehmlichkeiten, die durch das Update bei euch entstanden sind.

Leider waren da tatsächlich Fehler durch unsere Tests gerutscht. Deine Tickets konnten ja direkt, einen Tag nachdem sie bei uns eingegangen sind, behoben werden. Wir hoffen ihr seid nun wieder zufriedener mit unserem Plugin und würden uns freuen wenn ihr eure Bewertung nochmal mit Blick auf das Plugin an sich aktualisieren würdet.

Vorsicht! Keine Updates trotz aktiver Subscription

Wir warten seit mehr als zwei Monaten auf die Unterstützung unter Shopware 6.6 (seit dem 18.04. ist SW 6.6.1.1 veröffentlicht). RHIEM gibt an, an der Refaktorierung des Plugins zu arbeiten. Laut Shopware ist RHIEM dazu verpflichtet, bei aktiven Subscriptions stets ein Update zur Unterstützung unter der aktuellstn Shopware-Version bereitzustellen. Shopware hat RHIEM bereits dazu aufgefordert eine neue Version bis Anfang Juli 2024 bereitzustellen. RHIEM selbst gibt an, aufgrund des Umfangs der Refaktorierungsarbeiten die Anpassung als neues Plugin herausgeben zu wollen. Also mit anderen Worten: beabsichtigt nicht, das Update unter diesem Plugin bereitzustellen. Unglaublich!

Und dafür zahlt man dann 695,- EUR pro Jahr für die Kauflizenz (mittlerweile nur noch als Mietlizenz verfügbar für knapp 70,- EUR pro Monat).

vielen Dank für Ihre Kritik. Leider haben die Refaktorierungsarbeiten des Plugins entsprechend Zeit beansprucht, da wir mit Version 3.0.0 das gesamte Plugin überarbeitet haben.

Durch die umfassenden Änderungen und die Inkompatibilität zur bisherigen Version erschien es uns am sinnvollsten, das überarbeitete Plugin unter einer neuen Plugin-Version weiterzuführen. Dies sollte verhindern, dass es nach einem Update zu unerwünschtem Verhalten kommt.

Nach enger Abstimmung mit Shopware haben wir uns darauf geeinigt, das bestehende Plugin beizubehalten, allerdings mit einem deutlichen Hinweis bei einem Update auf Version 3.0.0 oder höher.
