About the Extension

This plugin allows the positions of an existing order to be split into separate orders for the same or a different customer, or copied into a new order.

Move: The respective selected positions are moved from the original order to a new order (e.g. for partial deliveries). Depending on the setting, the order documents of the original order are then automatically updated.

Copy: The respective positions are copied from the original order and inserted into a new order. In this variant, the order positions also remain in the original order (e.g. for reorders).

The plugin adds another table titled "Create new order" below the "Positions" table in the order overview, which lists all positions of the order and enables moving or copying of the order positions via selection fields.

An integration in Shopware Flow is available from plugin version 1.6.0. This allows order items that exceed the available stock to be automatically either copied to a second order or moved there. In addition, the Flow action can be specifically set so that only order items with certain tags are taken into account - a combination of negative stock levels and the presence of corresponding tags is also possible.

Funktioniert wie es soll und ist für uns unverzichtbar. Wir nutzen es täglich um entweder schnell Nachbestellungen durchzuführen oder nicht lieferbare Artikel in eine neue Bestellung zu verschieben. Der Support reagiert schnell und hat sogar eine Wunschfunktion hinzugefügt die wir dringend benötigt hatten.

Installation

The plugin is installed via the plugin store. After installing and activating the plugin, another table entitled "Create new order" is available in the order overview under the "Items" table.

Flow Builder Integration / Rule Builder Integration

Copy / Split order automatically

An order context must be selected as the trigger for the flow (e.g. order completion, status change, payment change, etc.). "Split Order" can then be selected as the action (action group: Order). In the action settings, you can specify which order items are to be automatically copied or moved to a new order. The option "Execute for items with insufficient stock" applies the split process to all items whose stock level is below the ordered quantity. Only the quantity of items that are not in stock is split. The "Execute for items with tags" option, on the other hand, applies the split action to all order items that have at least one of the specified tags. It should be noted that both options are restrictive - if both options are activated, the action is only applied to items that have at least one of the assigned tags and also exceed the stock level.

Order separated - differentiation using custom rule

"Split Order" must be selected as the trigger for the flow (flow trigger group: "Schnitzraum Split Order"). This trigger ensures that the flow is executed for both order 1 and order 2 after a split process. A distinction between the two orders can be created using a rule in the Rule Builder. A "Condition (IF)" can be added in the flow after the trigger. Select "Create new rule" and assign a name (e.g. Order split - order 1) and a priority (e.g. 1). Select "Flow Builder" as the type and "Schnitzraum Split Order" (group: Schnitzraum) as the condition with the value "Order 1", then save. This rule can now be used in the flow to differentiate between order 1 (= true) and order 2 (= false).

Order 1 generated

"Partial order 1" must be selected as the trigger for the flow (flow trigger group: "Schnitzraum Split Order > Created partial orders"). This trigger ensures that the flow is automatically executed after splitting the original order for order 1.

Order 2 generated

"Partial order 2"must be selected as the trigger for the flow (flow trigger group: "Schnitzraum Split Order > Created partial orders"). This trigger ensures that the flow is automatically executed after splitting the original order for order 2.
