With the “Search Plugin” by signundsinn you take the standardized shopware search to a new level.
Searching is one of the elementary parts of your business! If your customers do not immediately find the item they are looking for in the shop, although this might even be in stock, sales are gone and, in the worst case, the customer in the future.
For your customers, the implementation of the plug-in means more convenience when searching in your online shop and for you as a shop operator the possibility of guiding your customers to the desired item in a targeted and precise manner - i.e. directly to the point of sale!
Because whoever receives results and answers and even receives the desired item in the event of spelling mistakes, typing errors and other word combinations, develops a different relationship with the shop visited and does not leave it before buying.

Gute Funktionalitäten und sehr guter Support
Hatte mir mehr davon erhofft - die Standardsuche von Shopware ist zwischenzeitlich besser
Anfangs hieß es beispielsweise, dass einzelne Kategorien ausgeschlossen werden können, am Ende war dies auf einmal nur noch durch den Support mit hoher Aufwandsschätzung buchbar.
Zum Zeitpunkt des Lizenz-Erwerbs wirkte die Lösung noch alternativlos, keine vier Wochen später hatten wir bemerkt, dass die normale Shopware-Standardsuche ihren Zweck deutlich besser erfüllte. Leider wurde uns an der Stelle auch keine Kulanz mehr entgegengebracht, obwohl wir im Laufe der Zeit zahlreiches Feedback übermittelt hatten. Ich persönlich kann die Erweiterung jedenfalls niemandem empfehlen, der nicht bereit ist, viel Zeit und Geld in die Hand zu nehmen.
Sehr guter und schneller Support
Das Plugin wurde gemeinsam auf die individuellen Anforderungen eingestellt.
Bei einem Problem wurde innerhalb eines Tages eine neue Plugin-Version zur Verfügung gestellt.
Top Plugin von einem Super Team
Dem Team kann ich auch nur größtes Lob aussprechen. Bei Problemen oder Fragen kann man innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit kompetenten Hilfestellungen rechnen, die alle Fragen im Kern aufklären.
Absolut empfehlenswert!
Sehr gutes Plugin für die Suche, wurde bei uns als Ersatz für die Kostenpflichtigen Suchanbieter gewählt, sehr guter Service.
