About the Extension

The TritonX Customer Connector is a single sign-on plugin that connects Shopware 6 with TritonX. The plugin will provide TritonX authentication on your Shopware 6 webshop. This plugin will override the default Shopware 6 authentication by checking if the customer exists in TritonX. If the customer exists in TritonX (and the data is correct) the customer can login in your webshop. If the customer does not exist in TritonX the customer has to register a new account in the webshop like any other webshop. This new customer will then be registered in Shopware 6 and in TritonX.

The basic customer data (name, email address, password, the default address) will then be synced instantly between TritonX and the webshop.

The password reset function will check if the customer exists in TritonX. If the user exists in TritonX the default Shopware flow will be executed. If the user doesn't exist in TritonX the default Shopware notification will be shown. A new password will be synced to TritonX.

This plugin has been developed by Sition in cooperation with TritonX. TritonX is a customer data and loyalty platform. TritonX provides a lot of exiting functionalities which we have added in an extension plugin: TritonX Advanced. These functionalities include:

Personal pricing and couponing with the option to show or not show your personal coupons in the checkout
Loyalty points
Exchange loyalty points for coupons
Show offline orders in your account in the webshop.
