Eigentlich ein brauchbares Plugin

Leider fehlen zeitnahe Updates. Derzeit müssen wir das Plugin deinstalliert lassen da es nicht mit der SW 6.4.18.1 funktionieren soll und demnächst kommt das nächste SW Update.

Wann wird Smartsupp die Updates bringen damit wir mit Smartsupp weiter arbeiten können ?

Uns ist bewusst, dass wir unsere App aktualisieren müssen, damit sie auf SW 6 funktioniert. Wir arbeiten derzeit daran und Smartsupp für Shopware 6 ist fast fertig. Die Veröffentlichung ist für Februar oder März geplant.

Configuration manual

1. Download the app from the store

2. Log in into your Shopware 6 administration area and navigate to extensions > my extensions

3. Click on the right side on "Upload extension" and select the downloaded extension

4. Use the menu on the right side of the extension to install and configure the extension and the switch button on the left side to activate it

Your Smartsupp key:

5. Sign up to Smartsupp to create your own account.
6. Your Smartsupp key can be found in Smartsupp > Settings > Chat box > Chat code.
