Diese Extension ist die beste Checkout Extension, die es auf dem Markt gibt. Preislich ist sie zwar etwas teuerer als andere Checkout-Extensions, jedoch ist sie ihr Preis gerechnet, denn man bekommt mit einer Extension zahlreiche Features und Usability Optimierungen. Wir sind glücklich, dass es den 3 Step Checkout nun auch für Shopware gibt.

Der Checkout wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr aufgeräumt und ansprechend. Ich habe mich dazu entschlossen, meine Bewertung zu ändern. Nachdem ich meine erste Bewertung sehr negativ formulierte, hat der Kundenservice dann doch sehr freundlich reagiert und ist dann auch wie erwartet auf meine gemeldeten Fehler und Probleme eingegangen. Ich danke aber auf jeden Fall dafür, dass mein Probe / Testzeitraum auf Grund der von mir gemeldeten Fehler nun verlängert wurde, sodass ich das Plugin weiterhin austesten kann, bis es vollständig Ihren Angaben nach funktioniert. Ich freue mich schon darauf, meine Bewertung dann noch einmal zu verbessern.

Hallo Herr Jansen, vielen Dank für Ihr offenes und ehrliches Feedback zu unserer Extension sowie Service-Leistung. Wir sind stets bemüht unseren Checkout, fehler- und bugfrei zu halten und unseren Service so gut wie möglich zu gestalten. Software-Projekte sind komplex, da sie viele Abhängigkeiten und Unbekannte beinhalten und manchmal können Verzögerungen auftreten. Konkret zu Ihrer Bewertung: Wir haben Sie noch nicht informiert, da die Bugs noch nicht behoben wurden. Aufgrund diverser technischer Anpassungen haben die Anpassungen länger gedauert als geplant. Wir werden jedoch voraussichtlich diese Woche ein Release veröffentlichen. Wir werden Sie dazu sicherlich informieren. Tolles Design und Super Software! Ein Must-Have!

Vorweg das Positive: Der 3 Step Checkout sieht nicht nur "out-of-the-box" wirklich super aus, sondern lässt sich dazu auch noch super easy und schnell einrichten. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist alles eingerichtet und bereit für den Einsatz. Das ist super! Auch ein großes Lob an den Support!! Schnelle Antworten, immer freundlich und hilfreich. Nun zum einzigen Negativen: Leider ist 3Step Checkout aktuell nicht voll kompatibel mit AmazonPay und deshalb für alle die das einsetzen nur eingeschränkt oder nicht benutzbar. Ich bin aber sicher hier liefert der Support schnell nach, dann wird die Bewertung nochmal aktualisiert!
