Die App hat Potenzial, aber die Datenanzeige ist unzuverlässig. Mal werden die Statistiken korrekt geladen, dann wieder bleibt alles auf 0, ohne ersichtlichen Grund. Eine stabile und konsistente Datenverarbeitung wäre hier dringend nötig, um wirklich nützlich zu sein. Wenn dieses Problem behoben wird, könnte die App ein starkes Analyse-Tool für Shopware sein.

Warum startet die App nicht?

Die App lässt sich nur aus den Erweiterungen heraus starten und nicht wie man es sich erhofft, aus dem Reiter Dashboard heraus. Hat man es geschafft, die App zu starten, bietet sich ein guter Überblick über Umsätze und verkaufte Artikel. Um die Shopseiten im Frontend mit in die Analyse zu bekommen, muss man wg der Datenschutzeinstellungen im Cookie Banner allerdings erst einmal an die Uni, weshalb ich diese durchaus wünschenswerten Funktionen nicht nutze.

Ich habe das Plugin gestern nach Migration (mit Migrations-Assistent) meines SW5 Shops zu SW6 installiert.
Zuerst hat die Statistik-Seite noch geladen und alles hat funktioniert.
Eben habe ich eine erneute Migration durchgeführt, weil aus unerfindlichen Gründen einige Bestellungen gefehlt haben. Die Bestellungen sind jetzt da, aber die Statistik-Seite bleibt jetzt weiß.
Anscheinend ist die API von https://swag-analytics.apps.shopware.io betroffen, und ohne diesen Zugriff bleiben die Statistiken tot. Das Token, mit dem das Plugin mit shopware kommuniziert, wurde "revoked", warum auch immer.
Komplettes Löschen inkl. Daten und Neuinstallation des Statistik-Plugins hat nicht geholfen.
Könnt ihr das nicht so machen, dass das Plugin auch ohne ständige Verbindung zur API von swag-analytics.apps.shopware.io funktioniert? Ist euch der Zugriff auf alle Shop-Daten denn wirklich so wichtig, dass ihr sogar die Funktion eures Plugins dafür potentiell aufs Spiel stellt? Evtl baut ihr da was ein, dass die Verbindung nur alle paar Tage hergestellt werden muss, dann können wir Kunden wenigstens weiterarbeiten, auch wenn eure API mal temporär abgeraucht ist.

Beim Domainwechsel keine andere Möglichkeit als Plugin komplett löschen und neu zu installieren, das muss man halt wissen.
Ansonsten gibt es das zurück was als Shopware Standard zwingend nötig ist. Grober Einblick über die wesentlichen Statistiken.

Anscheinend sind die Probleme der anderen noch existent. Die Erweiterung funktioniert zumindest nicht mit Plug&Play.
