Zuerst liessen sich nicht einzelne Metriken aktivieren. Nun geht die Dashboardseite gar nicht mehr auf nach dem letzten Update.

Anscheinend sind die Probleme der anderen noch existent. Die Erweiterung funktioniert zumindest nicht mit Plug&Play.
Auch das war in SW5 besser, weil einfach und unkompliziert geregelt.

Der Fehler ist bekannt: App registration for "SwagAnalytics" failed: The app url changed. Please resolve how the apps should handle this change.

Java Script Probleme , Mehrwert überschaubar

Vorab: Für uns war der Mehrwert der angebotenen Analysen bisher überschaubar (V 1.2.0). Daher haben wir es nicht aktiv genutzt.
Nun hat das Plugin für einen Java Script "Ausfall" gesorgt, da es versucht hat eine Methode "debug" aufzurufen, die nicht existiert. Haben wir erst richtig bemerkt, als Slider nicht mehr funktioniert haben. Nach Deaktivierung des Plugins klappte alles wieder.
Wir warten die weitere Entwicklung bezüglich Funktionsumfang ab.

überfordert die Datenbank

Gut 1,5 Stunden nach der Aktivierung der Extension ist der Shop down, weil wahrscheinlich die Datenbankverbindung überfordert ist. Nach der Deaktivierung war der Shop sofort wieder da. Wir haben jetzt keine alte Möhre als Server, der sonst so bei 10% Auslastung ist.
Fehlermeldungen im Logfile: Uncaught PHP Exception Doctrine\DBAL\Exception\DriverException: "An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[08S01]: Communication link failure: 1153 Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes".
Am Ende bietet die Ansicht von Analytics aktuell auch nur die wesentlichen Standard-Statistiken eines Shops; es lohnt sich also aktuell anscheinend noch nicht, das Tool zu installieren.
