About the Extension
****** What does the plugin ****
With this plugin you have the possibility to assign special article price groups and thus special prices to special customers. This makes it even more flexible to store certain prices for certain customer groups, as these can be sub-grouped. In addition, this individual price is assigned per product.
If you are missing any function in the plugin or have suggestions for improvement for us, then I simply report at info@bui-hinsche.com We will check your suggestion and decide if we can implement it technically. So please don't be angry with us if it's not immediately included in the next update.
** FAQ **
** Basic ****
Our plugin are all designed for the standard functionalities of the basic system Shopware 6 (Community-Edition). This concerns both the functionalities and the design. So if it should not fit, you may have to make adjustments to your own theme. Please understand that it is impossible for us to consider every single theme.
All plugins were newly developed for Shopware 6. Therefore it is possible that functionalities that who was available in Shopware 5 are no longer available. We have consciously used this change to purify and optimize the plugins and to adapt them even better to the needs of our customers.
**** Compatibility to plugins ****
Basically our plugins are compatible with each other. Should there be any limitations or malfunctions, we will be happy to check them promptly. Should the case occur that the functionality of individual plug-ins from our company is not possible, we will point this out. However, this compatibility can only be guaranteed for our plugin. The market at third offerers and their Plugin makes it impossible to take all functionalities and modes of operation consideration. This also applies to Shopwareplugins, which are not included in the Community edition.
**** Support ****
Basically we first look if it is a bug of the plugin or if the cause is different. Depending on the result we will inform you if there are costs or not. If you have made changes to the plugin yourself, you are not entitled to free support. In this case we will charge the complete costs.
**** Are there test versions for our plugin ****
Of course you can test all our plugin for 30 days without any restrictions - we even ask for it. This way you can decide before buying if it is exactly the plugin you need or if it offers the functionality you expected.
**** Can I have the plugin customized? ****
If you are missing a functionality or you need a customization for your special needs, we will be happy to find a solution together with you. The easiest way to do this is to send us an e-mail with your ideas. Don't forget to give us your contact details so that we can get in touch with you.
