The Customer Groups Popup for Shopware 6 enables fast, automatic, and transparent assignment of your customers to the appropriate customer group – directly upon entering the shop or during registration. Visitors select their group themselves and immediately see the prices, taxes, and content relevant to them.
B2B customers automatically receive net prices, while private customers receive gross prices. With automatic customer assignment, any manual maintenance is no longer necessary, processes run efficiently and error-free in the background, and your team saves valuable time.
From version 6.06.04, customers with a registered VAT ID can automatically be assigned to a defined customer group. This ensures business customers are reliably recognised and correctly assigned – without any additional checks.
Flexible configuration for maximum control
The frontend display is flexible: as a popup upon entering the shop or as a dropdown during registration. Internal customer group names can be displayed differently and multilingual, and optionally you can set whether customers may change their selection later. In addition, the plugin can be individually activated or deactivated per sales channel, so that different shops, markets, or target groups are served optimally.
