Description

This extension protects your shop from any data loss by automatically copying and storing the whole database or particular files on remote, local server(per FTP or SFTP) or on Amazon S3.


 The following backups are possible:

Nachdem unser Online-Shop die Umstellung von 6.4 auf 6.5 nicht verkraftet hat (Es fehlte der vorherige Serverwechsel) hat das Support-Team erstklassige Arbeit geleistet. Es konnte die Sicherungskopie wieder hergestellt und eingespielt werden. Vielen Dank für die gute Arbeit.

Deinstallation geht nicht

Habe das Prg deinstalliert und Testabo beendet jetzt bekomme ich error 500 im Backend alle 5 sec angezeigt
Wollte es Testen aber es ging erstgarnicht dauernd dreht sich das Rat

Woran liegt es ? Schade das es nicht sauber entfernt wird

Gutes Tool und Super Support

Nachdem wir ein paar schwierigkeiten hatten, auf den neuen Server umzusiedeln hatte ich ein Support-Ticket eröffnet und dieses wurde innerhalb von ein paar STunden effizient beantwortet.

Da ich leider technisch nicht sonderlich auf Zack bin, konnte ich immer noch nicht auf den neuen Server umziehen. Das SWPA Team hat sich bereit erklärt, mir das Backup innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf den neuen Server hochzuladen und zu installieren.

Das Backup hier ist für jeden Shopware 6 Betreiber ein Must-Have, da das Backup ziehen sonst sehr mühsam ist. Vielen Dank noch einmal, ich bin wirklich begeistert!

Support hilft schnell (hatten ein Absturz / dank des Supports schnell wiederhergestellt)

Wenn noch eine automatische Wiederherstellungsfunktion eingebaut wird, gibt es volle Punktzahl! ;)

Hatte seit fast 14 Tagen keine Backups mehr gemacht und man hat keine Kontaktmöglichkeit zum Support

Configuration manual

Please follow the following installation steps:

  • Install the plugin via the plugin manager - Settings/System/Plugins
  • Activate the plugin
  • Go to Settings/Plugins/Backup
  • Enable the Backup
  • Set all necessary settings ("Backup Type", "Destination Filesystem", "Start time" etc.)
  • Make sure that the form was saved, the plugin will test the destination filesystem automatically and you will see the success message
  • The Backups will be automatically created, you can see backup logs in the Tab "Backups" *


If you want to create backup immediately, you can use the Shopware console command:  bin/console swpa:backup:run force

Without the parameter force the command will just start the backup scheduler.

 

To enable or disable maintenance mode you can use following commands: bin/console swpa:maintenance:mode:disable or bin/console swpa:maintenance:mode:disable


The command bin/console swpa:backup:clear - will be check and clean old backups.


* To make automatic backups, the scheduler should be configured in your shop or the following cronjob should be set up:

15/* * * * *  /path-to-php/php  /path-to-shop/bin/console swpa:backup:run
