Master level and variant level - more than 50 product data specifications
The more detailed products are described and provided with data, the higher the chance that your products will be placed on the Google Shopping platform in conjunction with your Google Shopping campaign.
With our plugin for Google Shopping, you can transfer all currently required product data specifications to the Google Merchant Centre via the API. In total, you have the option of adding more than 50 important attributes to your articles and article variants. Here is a selection of the product data available:
- Google Shopping title
- Google Shopping description
- Google Shopping product category
- size system
- size type
- size
- color
- pattern
- material
- condition
- gender
- age group

- age rating
- identifier exists
- excluded destination
- sale price effective date
- custom label
Any configuration of product data can be made as well on master level as on variant level. For example it is possible to convey specific colors, sizes or prices of different variants.
Through using custom labels, activities like:
- seasonal products
- bestselling products
- sellouts
- special offers
can be definied right on master level.
The possibility of transferring special product titles and product descriptions, exclusively written for Google Shopping, prevents duplicate content.

Ausführliche Dokumentation: Google Shopping Professional
5.0.0 6.7.0.0 - 6.7.12.2
- IMPORTANT: This version migrates the Google connection from the discontinued Content API to the new Merchant API. Existing installations require a one-time reconfiguration (Merchant API registration, data source IDs), new installations should also follow the guide. Please read the documentation before updating: https://synergy-networks.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DOK/pages/2178383895
- The connection to Google Merchant Center was fully migrated to the new Merchant API, since Google is sunsetting the old Content API. Product creation, updates and deletion, as well as quota, product issue and account status reads, now go exclusively through the Merchant API.
- A new OAuth based registration flow for the Merchant API was added ("Register as a developer"), including an in app guide and a readiness check with a warning shown on every merchant detail page.
- The merchant creation page was rebuilt as a multi step wizard.
- A new "Sync History" card was added to the product detail page.
- A new dashboard overview card for per merchant sync, queue and product status was added.
- A new excluded products diagnostic page was added, showing why a product is not syncing, including bulk domain assignment.
- New reset buttons for custom fields (product status, domain target) were added in the maintenance section.
- An option for a forced full resync on manual product or merchant updates was added.
- Long product issue lists on the product tab now collapse.
- Products assigned to all or a single domain can now be added to sales channel products with one click. The process runs asynchronously through the queue and stays reliable even with very large product catalogs.
- A bug was fixed where a merchant's domain could incorrectly be assigned to another merchant's products under certain conditions.
- A bug was fixed where products already deleted on Google's side were logged as an error instead of a success.
- A bug was fixed where products already removed from Google Merchant were not cleaned up locally and were silently skipped on the next sync.
- The queue admin table now shows created and updated timestamps, and the status is no longer visually truncated.
- A bug was fixed where the statistics page blocked switching tabs while its cards were still loading.
- The sync result retention period is now configurable in the plugin settings.
- Queue reliability and performance were improved, including faster processing, fewer duplicate rows and a quicker pickup after a batch finishes.
- Fixed a bug where a single product with a value in "Included destinations" or "Excluded destinations" stopped all products from being sent to Google.
- The reason a product was not sent is now reported correctly: export disabled, or not assigned to the merchant domain, instead of the misleading "no price".
- When preparing a product fails, the sync result now shows the actual error message.
- In the domain assignments, the language picker now shows the language and its locale code, for example "Österreich (de-AT)". Several languages previously looked identical.
- Fixed a bug where no products were sent on shops with Elasticsearch enabled. The feed's product search ran against the search index, which does not know the merchant domain assignment, so it returned no products at all. The sync result listed every product as "not loaded".
- Improved texts and translations in the administration.
