desk4 - inventory management rethought!
With the cloud-based online inventory management desk4 you have full access to your data 24 hours a day. Immediately after installation and activation, you can get started with your online ERP without any prior knowledge. With SSL encryption, your invoices, orders, offers, credits, articles, serial numbers, parts lists, etc. are state of the art. You are welcome to book an instruction and training with your order and a Dupp GmbH employee will accompany you through the first steps in a TeamViewer session. Operation via browser or app for MAC OS, Apple iOS, Google Android, Windows 10 app makes your business easier and flexible. A later connection to your shops such as Shopware, Amazon and Ebay is also possible. To round off your workflow, shipping service providers such as DHL are also connected directly to the desk4 merchandise management system.
GDPR compliant
desk4 meets all EU GDPR requirements. Customer-related data can be anonymized without deleting the receipts that have already been created. Furthermore, there is a corresponding AV contract and a TOM between the German data center and Dupp GmbH to ensure your data security.
Process tracking GoBD
The financial requirements of the process tracking according to GoBD are shown in desk4. In addition to the electronic creation of documents, your booking data, accounts receivable and accounts payable are also transferred to financial accounting in a DATEV-compliant manner.
