sync4 interface for ZDF WISO

With the help of our sync4 software your orders and customers will be synchronized from Shopware to ZDF WISO.

Order entry & customer creation

Online orders are transmitted in sync4 and sent directly to the merchandise management system. Here, customer data as well as delivery and billing address are created in the order and duplicate customer creation is avoided. Within the process, the current, legal requirements of the data protection regulations were fulfilled.

Order handover:

Shop orders can be called up automatically or with a click of the mouse
Order overview and overview of individual order data
Order status can be specially marked
There is an automatic order status change in the shop
Delivery and billing addresses can be adjusted as required
Shop comments can be edited in sync4
It is possible to create new shop customers in the inventory management system
Shop customers can be assigned to existing ERP customers
Orders are automatically created in the inventory management system
Payment and shipping methods for the shop order are automatically transferred to the ERP system
Delivery notes, order confirmations and invoices can also be printed with sync4 without a merchandise management system
The transfer to the ERP system can be adjusted using the macro programming language (sync4 is scalable and can be adapted to your individual wishes and operational processes using macros.)
