Description

This module allows you to manage the booking and appointments of the customers from the Shopware store. The customers can just click on the booking product and select the available day for the appointment or reservation, then choose from the available time slots to place the order and confirm the booking.

This module supports two types of booking for any product one is one booking for many days, and another is many bookings in one day.

Why use this module?

An online booking system allows you to receive booking any time it also reduces the wastage of customers’ time and company’s resources. Using this module admin can make the Shopware store as an online reservation and booking store and can manage two types of booking for any product one is one booking for many days, and another is many bookings in one day.

The customers can easily book appointments, tickets for movies, events, or reservations in a single click, without leaving their home.

Installation Guide -

Shopware provides two ways to install the plugin to the server.

Using Command
Manual installation

Using Command

1) Customers will get a zip folder, and they have to extract the contents of this zip folder on their system. After extracting the WebkulBookingReservation folder, the customer needs to transfer this custom > plugins on the server.

2) Run this command to refresh the plugin –

/bin/console plugin:refresh

3) Go to your Shopware installation Root directory and run this command to install then activate the plugin –

./bin/console plugin:install --activate WebkulBookingReservation

4) To install the assets(CSS/JS)

./bin/console assets:install

5) To clear the cache run this command –

./bin/console c:c

Now refresh the administration.

Manual installation

For the manual installation of the plugin follow the steps as mentioned below:

1) Extract the zip file of the plugin.

2) Goto your Shopware 6 installation backend panel and navigate to Extensions-> My Extensions after that you can find all the installed plugins in it.

For installing the plugin, the user can click on the Upload Extension button.

3) After uploading the plugin zip, the user can see the Extensions in the list.

4) Now the user can click on the install icon to install the Booking and Reservation System extension.

5) After the installation of the extension, the user can click to activate the extension.

While in the process the admin can see the success message ‘Extension has been activated‘.

After the installation process and plugin configuration if the Booking and Reservation icon option is not visible then run this command to clear the cache:

php bin/console cache:clear
