With our Shopware 6 plugin "Intelligent Cross-Selling" we offer you a solution like in real face-to-face sales. 

Determine a weighting of relevance based on the properties and play out suitable alternatives to the customer.

Case study for good cross-selling with alternative products: 

You own an online store for bicycles and your visitor is interested in a mountain bike. 

With our plugin, your store now automatically suggests similar mountain bikes, since you have given the bike type property a weighting of 100. 

The mountain bike in our example now also has 26 inch wheels and a suspension on the front fork. 

These are all technical properties that are important, which is why we set a fairly high weighting here. 

Properties such as brand, color or brake are not as important to us in this example, which is why we set a lower score here. 

If we now have suitable bikes with the same technical data, we suggest them and position them at the beginning. Only then come bikes with a different color.

The plugin only plays out cross-selling lists for items that have not yet received a manual cross-selling from you.
