About the Extension

Don't lose your customers with a failed checkout!

When you are using a payment provider like Mollie, Pay, Multisafepay or similar, it can occur that a customer doesn't complete the payment process.

In this case the customer returns to your web shop and arrives at a payment failed page, unable to complete their purchase properly.

This is where the Zeobv Cart Recovery plugin comes in. We make sure the cart which got converted into an order gets recovered so the customer can retry the order process or simply adjust the contents of their cart.

A must have plugin for shops using PSPs.

The following error has occurred

TypeError

Zeobv\CartRecovery\Core\Subscriber\CartConvertedSubscriber::__construct(): Argument #2 ($cartPersister) must be of type Shopware\Core\Checkout\Cart\CartPersister, Shopware\Core\Checkout\Cart\RedisCartPersister given

The subscriber expects the CartPersister class. By using Redis, however, the RedisCartPersister is entered here. The developer should have used the abstract class here.

Hi Calida,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were under the impression that this issue had been resolved following your support ticket over two months ago. Therefore, we were surprised to see your review, especially as there was no active ticket open on this matter.

After investigating, we discovered that the issue still persisted in Shopware 6.6. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To address this, we’ve promptly drafted and released a patch to resolve the problem.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with. Additionally, if you feel the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction, we would be grateful if you could consider updating your review.

Thank you for your understanding and for working with us to improve our product!
