Include a callback form in your shop to enable customers to request a callback

It is important to build up a good relationship with your customers. Some products may require more in-depth consulting than others. In these cases, personal contact with customers can be very useful. Giving customers the option of making an appointment directly in your online shop is therefore a function which offers added value to your customers.

Questions about products or services offered can be discussed directly on the phone. This increases conversions as well as customer satisfaction.

The plugin is GDPR compatible

All data provided by the customer, such as the customer‘s email address, will be passed on to you

The customer can also be given the option of selecting a date for the requested callback

You have the option of determining availability yourself. As a result, customers are only offered free appointments at the times you have previously defined for selection.

You can adapt the callback dates to your needs with the plugin’s various functions and individual settings options.

You can of course turn off the option to select a specific appointment time if you want. When this function is deactivated customers can no longer select a time for the callback.

You can also store up to 5 different categories (issues, departments etc.) with different contact persons and their addresses in the plugin, which are then visible to the customer in the callback form and can be selected directly.

All texts in the form as well as the colors and positions can be individually adapted to your needs.

The plugin is compatible with sub and language shops.

  • Install plugin
  • Activate plugin
  • Select the plugin in the shopware backend.
  • You can now make your settings in the plugin configuration.
  • Select whether the callback button and the "desired date" field should be displayed.
  • Define the opening times during which your customer can make an appointment.
  • Define whether a callback is also possible on weekends.
  • Adapt the display of the callback form to your individual needs.
  • If desired, store different contact persons with the associated e-mail addresses.
  • The texts of the plugin can be changed and translated using the shopware text modules. To do this, go to settings > text modules, select the appropriate text module set and adapt the texts as you wish.
