Erst funktioniert es einwandfrei... Nach Update dann fehlerhaft... nach dem nächsten Update dann gar nicht mehr. Keine Zeit für sowas.

Wir haben am 02.05.2022 eine Plugin-Anfrage per E-Mail an info@brandcrock.com erhalten.
Wir antworteten auf die oben genannte E-Mail-Anfrage am 04.05.2022
Trotz Beantwortung unserer E-Mail-Anfrage. Wir haben eine Bewertung gegen das 360imageViewer Plugin erhalten
Nachdem der Kunde unser Plugin bewertet hatte, schickten wir am 05.06.2022 erneut eine E-Mail und baten den Kunden, seine Shop-Backend-Anmeldedaten zur Verfügung zu stellen, um das Problem zu prüfen und zu lösen, aber er hat nicht reagiert.

Darüber hinaus haben wir keine Beschwerden von anderen Nutzern unseres Plugins erhalten und wir haben unser Plugin auch in der Testumgebung erneut überprüft. Wir haben festgestellt, dass das oben erwähnte Plugin einwandfrei funktioniert.
