About the Extension

Automatic order transfer to your OPTIGEM merchandise management system

With the OPTIGEM integration for Shopware 6, you can automate the transfer of orders from your online shop to OPTIGEM. No manual data entry, no transfer errors, more time for other tasks.

Our extension exports all orders that have not yet been transferred to OPTIGEM's own file format with the execution of a command (easily fully automated via cron jobs). OPTIGEM can then retrieve these files and use them for automated import.

The settings can be customized for each sales channel - you can also maintain the number of orders per export and manually name your Shopware payment methods according to the OPTIGEM standard. You can see which orders have already been successfully exported to OPTIGEM at any time. The exported files are stored in the /files/export/optigem directory and can be retrieved from there for both OPTIGEM and other purposes.

• Order header with customer number, payment method, date, and shipping costs
• Address data: Billing and delivery addresses with all relevant information
• Order items: Product numbers, quantities, and individual prices are transferred correctly
• Payment method mapping: Flexible assignment of your Shopware payment methods to OPTIGEM payment methods
• Flexible configuration Activation/deactivation of export per sales channel Filtering by order status (open, in progress, completed, canceled, or all)
