Description

Our desired delivery date extension allows your customers to enter a desired delivery date via a date picker when completing the order. After an entry, this is also saved in the customer without login, so that after a reload or a later continuation of the purchase, the specified desired delivery date is still displayed.

You as a store operator can exclude specific customer groups or shipping methods from the selection of the desired delivery date in the administration, for example. Likewise, you can exclude specific holidays, weekdays or your own dates from user input.

You can also set a maximum of N days before and a maximum of N days until a possible entry. This allows you to take into account your order processing time and avoid unnecessary orders placed in the future.

You can also select German holidays, which by default should not be selectable by the customer from desired delivery date. The list of German holidays is generously maintained for the future and is kept up to date by us.


In the order overview of the administration, another column with the desired delivery date is added, which can also be configured like all others in the list settings.
Please note: for the functionality of this plugin JavaScript files are loaded from the CloudFlare CDN. You may need to adjust your privacy policy.


You want to see without effort which orders have to be delivered within the next 7 days, within the next 30 days etc.? Our Advanced Filter for administration has an integration for the Desired Delivery Date, allowing you to easily filter for the next orders due.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For a specific shipping method, e.g. UPS Express, I have no way to pass a delivery date to logistics. No problem! In the plugin configuration you can exclude certain shipping methods from the selection of the desired delivery date under "Disabled shipping method". The customer will then no longer have the option to select the delivery date and will be shown an information message.

Installation manual

You have decided to use our plugin? Thanks a lot! Now the only thing left is the simple installation.


  1. Download the plugin from the store
  2. Log into your Shopware 6 administration area and navigate to Settings > System > Plugins
  3. Click on the "Upload Plugin" button and select the downloaded extension
  4. Use the menu next to the extension to install it and the switch to activate it 
  5. The plugin is now active and the features can be used!
