About the Extension
To avoid order cancellations your customers should always be aware of what exactly they're buying! This app can help with just that. Convince customers of your products by answering all their questions. Since questions and answers are publicly visible you can also avoid repeating support requests!
This Questions & Answers App offers a multitude of configuration options.
You decide exactly who can ask questions and answer them. As an example, you can allow everyone, including guests, to ask a question, but only allow answers by registered customers who have verifiably purchased the respective product. The feature to automatically send an email to previous buyers when a new question is asked, is especially useful in this case.
Furthermore customers can upvote answers they deem helpful, which will then be highlighted. That way new customers get all their answers quickly and reliably!
In addition you're able to hide questions and answers in order to prevent harmful content. This feature also supports a blacklist which you can extend, to automatically hide new questions and answers, until you publish them.

Codegiganten im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes
Die Plug-ins der CodeGigangten sind alles samt erste Sahne und das Beste ist, dass die Jungs/ Mädels auf Anregungen reagieren – Reaktionszeit verdammt schnell. Plug-ins laufen immer ohne Probleme.
