About the Extension
Installation
- Log into the Shopware backend.
- Navigate to the menu item Extensions and select Manage extensions.
- In the store, you will find the "Administration To-Do List | Esono" plugin. Click on the "Add to basket" button.
- After downloading, you will find the plugin under "My extensions". Click on "Install" and then on "Activate".
Configuration
- The plugin is configured by default and ready for use.
- Make sure that the plugin is not only installed but also activated in the admin area.
Use in administration
- Navigate into your dashboard. Here you will create and see all your to-do lists.
- Use the "Create New List" button to start a new list.
- Set a title for the new list. It will be displayed as the list's heading.
- You can create as many lists as you want.
- Use the "Add New Item" button to create new list entries. Items are automatically linked to their parent list.
- Use the three-dot menu next to each list item to edit or delete an entry.
- Important: If you delete an entire list, all related items will be deleted as well!
- Click on an item (title or description) to mark it as finished.
- Finished tasks are moved to a separate list called "Finished Tasks".
- Click on a finished task again to unmark it.
- Click the "Delete All Finished Tasks" button to remove all finished entries.

This plugin adds a To-Do List functionality to the Shopware administration. Users can create multiple to-do lists with an unlimited number of subpoints. The lists are displayed directly on the administration dashboard, where users can easily check and uncheck items.
Additionally, users can link specific to-do items to relevant sections within the administration. For example, if a task is "Check customer status", an anchor link can be added to instantly navigate to the customer overview with a single click.
