About the Extension
From 19 June 2026, many B2C online shops will be required to provide an electronic means by which consumers can submit their cancellation notice directly, clearly and without any additional hurdles. This is exactly where our extension for versions 6.5.x.x – 6.7.x.x comes in: it practically implements the requirements relating to the cancellation button in Shopware 6 and helps you to implement the new legal requirements in your shop correctly.
With this extension, you can display a button in several relevantlocations within the shop, ensuring customers can access the cancellation process quickly and easily. The button can be integrated in the footer, the customer account, the order history and the account navigation, amongst other places. Additionally, the extension supports the pre-filling of key order details, making it particularly convenient for your customers to submit cancellations.
Furthermore, the extension ensures that cancellations are recorded digitally in a structured manner. The details are collected via a dedicated form and forwarded by email to the recipients you specify. Thanks to multilingual support, the solution is also suitable for international Shopware shops. This provides you with a practical solution for implementing the new requirements relating to digital cancellations within your Shopware setup.
The extension already supports the following features from version 6.5.x.x to 6.7.x.x:
